about

This is a song about Mental Health, and was inspired by the passing of Robin Williams. He was a legend to me growing up, and it was a real bummer to know that someone with such an immense ability to create joy, could still be able to let depression take his life.

lyrics

THREE SHOTS

Three shots are for my friends who are no longer around, because their jobs keep them from home and it's their families who suffer. This one is for the lovers that I have lost and I've let go; I never know just what I am doing and I am sorry if I dragged you down. One 650ml bottle of the strongest stout you've got for the ones who never gave up on me and never shared my doubts. One more from the highest shelf you can pout right on the ground.

I don't remember asking you to leave. I can not think without what I would be. I wish you would have said something to someone.

The saddest part of all is that you probably did, and there is just not an answer. I find it hard to believe which means it's probably true. If someone like you could not find the help they need then how is anybody else supposed to make it through?

I don't remember asking you to leave. I can not think without what I would be. You must have known that you were loved to your last breath which I wish you would used to say something to someone.

Now that you are gone I can't remember where it started from, it seems that you were always just there. You don't have to know someone to miss them when they are gone; it just means they meant something to you.
